*Parcel Rate Delivery Service Information:
  • Orders can only be supplied to addresses within the UK.
  • All prices are shown excluding VAT which will be charged at the standard rate (17.5%). Payment will only be accepted in British Pounds (GBP £).
  • Delivery within UK will be charged according to postal area and number of parcels delivered. Deliveries will be made by our own fleet of vehicles or by approved carriers.
  • Delivery will be within 10 working days of order date (additional charges may be applied if required within less than 3 days).

  • Collection of goods is available from our Castle St, Tipton, West Midlands address between 7:30am and 4:00pm Monday-Friday.

  • Delivery charges are based on max weight per parcel 25kgs.  Where 25Kgs is exceeded a pallet load rate will be applied however in all cases the minimum number of pallets possible will be used to despatch any order.
