Materials - Lid, Folding Collar & Base in 6mm thick C grade plywood with softwood timber frame. Edging riveted to collar; metal or plastic as specified.

Dimensions – Internal & External dimensions as per box code (excluding bearers).

Bearers – Softwood timber 72mm x 47mm.
 

Box codes C1, C2 and C4 manufactured with 2 bearers.
Box codes C3, C5, C6, C7, C8 and C9 manufactured with 3 bearers.
 

Framework – Full frame internally on lid and base - softwood timber 32mm x 16mm.
 

Closure – Box is supplied in three loose flat pack sections (lid, base & collar) which fit together to form a complete case. On construction box requires one or two strapping bands around its perimeter to close (also can be nailed).

Design – Standard plywood protected edge box.
